Return & Refund Policy – Funky Tales

At Funky Tales, we strive to provide high-quality print-on-demand fashion, printed apparel, and accessories. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong product or wrong size

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Clear photo or video proof must be provided

Requests without proof may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items ordered in the wrong size by the customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse or washing

  • Minor color differences caused by screen display

Since our products are custom printed after order placement, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • If the payment was made using Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Replacement Policy

In cases of:

  • Wrong product

  • Damaged item

  • Printing defect

We will offer a free replacement at no additional cost.

Our support team will guide you through the replacement process.

5. How to Request a Return

  • Photo/video of the product

  • Description of the issue
